A customer left car 20 min past when their charge was complete. When they finally left the charger would not work. That meant two of the four chargers were not working.
No wait, but one charger was out-of-order
Charger #2 worked OK
1 out of 3 did not work. Agent could not restart remotely and suggested the 2 other spots that we both knew were occupied. Cable too short for BMW port side.
