I always have trouble with the app and charger connectivity. I have to disconnect and reconnect at least twice, very rare that the charger works at the first attempt!!!
Finally found a clean, well-managed electric charging station. All six of ELECTRIFY AMERICA CHARGING STATION's worked. Their High-Speed chargers looked bran new and worked flawlessly. Got our Chevrolet Equinox out within 30 minutes with an 80% charge. (Charge is limited to 80%.) Google maps got us there traveling from Cambria to Woodland Hills California. We had about 15 percent change left. Highly recommended. STUFF: No nearby bathrooms.
