Needed to call customer service, a real person answered the phone and helped us out at 12:22 at night
This is a convenient location for a fast charging station, but the only thing reliable is that one third of the chargers are always busted or charge extremely slowly.
Max speed of 31kw on one charger and 51 on another for my Ford Lightning. Left.
Normally a good place, but every stall I tried today was slow, only up to 70kw. ??? & 2 weren't working at all. Common guys get these up to par!
2 chargers out and only 70KW speed. There are 2x 350kw chargers but I think that's a lie. I have never gotten over 90kw from either.
