This was a frustrating experience in every way. We did eventually get the charge we needed, but it took at least 30 minutes to successfully connect. We spent 20 minutes on the phone with customer support, who had to start it remotely. Even that was painful. There were lots of other frustrated customers who came and went in our time there
350kw chargers only output 67kw. many not functioning
It has several 350kw fast chargers but not all of them were working either time I came. No clear waiting system and each visit there were several frustrated drivers trying to wait for a working one. It would probably be fine to use it during slower hours but otherwise I'd find an alternate charger.
