This was my first visit to this charger where I successfully charged on the first try. Charge speeds were low though. 350kw rated at this charger, but 145kw peak was observed. Charging started in Tesla model y with preconditioned battery. Update: I stop here frequently on the way to visit family and generally have about 50% success at the first plug. It was a fast charge with no wait, but my none of my credit cards at work so I phoned the customer assistance. It took her almost 10 minutes just to be able to spell my name “Dennis” and by then the machine finally took my credit card. 3 Stars
Update August 4th,25: No cars here or plugged in only able to get 116kw. At charger 03, that claims 350kw. My car was successfully preconditioned, when I arrived only one car charging. Pulled into 350kw station (3), and only get 80kw, I check the Tesla next to me they are getting 14kw but only have 5% left. 19 mins later they leave my car jumps to 125kw, no where near the 350 advertised or the 250kw my car can take.
Only one here and for one that bouts 350kw like the other reviews, only getting 88. Not even 100. Which is not great for what they “up to 350” advertise. And it’s not even peak times in AZ.
