This is in the Walmart shopping center parking lot. There are some older, slower chargers on the lot; the fast ones have green neon lights on them. The Walmart is HUGE and has a Subway sandwich shop and other food service places. It even has a repair shop for electronics (cell phones for sure, not clear about other electronics).
At times, the Android app will not allow you to initiate charging, so you need to either restart it or use the NFC function while still in the app to identify yourself and make payment. Other than that, chargers are well maintained and helped us on our 800+ mile journey!

Chargers here have always worked for me. Flex rates depending on time of day. Open 24 hours. Well lit and safe.
