One month they took an extra $60 out of my bank account and basically said I was SOL. Use a card that you can preload because they will take extra money out of your bank account and do nothing about it. Even if you have all the proof. BS that with $17 in my EA account and it still kicks me off for insufficient funds.
All 4 chargers are working and I'll give credit to Electrify America because they have improved their chargers. Came here on a Monday afternoon and waited about 15 minutes for a spot as there were 2 cars in front of me.
Chevy EV. Went from 20% to 80% in 35 minutes.
