Just like the majority of EA Chargers, this one did not work. I pray one day they have the reliability of Tesla.
Once a month I charge here & always 1 or more machines down or there's never an ETA when the machine will be back up. If not, the payment through the app will not process. When I call, it's oh I can't find you in our system 🤦then when I'm found, it's just log out & back in. The question I hear asked, why are there 2 plugs at each station if only 1 can be used. This company needs to be more user friendly.
Usually at least one station down. Slow to get booked up and slow to charge but convenient for me
All showed not available on screens. None were in use.
