The worst experience ever EVERY SINGLE TIME!!! Both credit card & depot card with sufficient balance decline when was just coming from a restaurant paying on the same credit card without any issues. Called the customer service which was a joke & absolutely not helpful! I guess I’m planning better next time & charging at my house.
NOT a public station. within toyota dealership and chargers are blocked by dealership vehicles. ONLY SLOW charging is available, if any. toyota keeps the fast chargers for their vehicles only.
