One of the 350kw chargers was broken, all the Hyundai owners had to wait for the two that were working. I used the 150kw charger because my car accepts 200kw so the impact on me was 5 extra minutes. I have EA card in my Apple wallet, so all I have to is tap and charge. Plug the car in, hit a couple of buttons on the screen of the charger and it works.
I don't recommend charging your car at this station. They charged my credit card $55 for charging, and it only reached 65%. When I filed a complaint, they didn't refund my money. I felt robbed and scammed. This was especially true at the Apex station on Marlboro, MA.
