Scam station. They have a money charge system either connected to your account or credit card where they hold $20-$50 of your money per charge session up to 5 days even if you only spend $5. They have $120 of my money for $23.17 of electric charges. Like going to Walmart, spending $5 and they keep $100 of your money for 5 days.
This company is absolutely terrible and unprofessional! All local charging stations have been down for the past month. I called customer service to find out what is going on and they have zero clue! All they say is that there is maintenance scheduled with no ETA of when…..INSANE! I asked what they do to compensate their customers for the complete inconvenience and they told me they don’t do anything for that. I will be cancelling my account with them today.
Few chargers and half of them were not working.
The station has been closed. Don’t go. Seems to be permanently closed. Chargers turned down. See the picture
