Stopped here on my way from SF to Rocklin around 10:30 am on a Sunday and almost all the chargers were free. Easy to use with a credit card and charged my Mini fast.
Lots of fast chargers that work well! There are bathrooms nearby, but there are no food options in the shopping center. You have to go across the street to get food.
Only 2 of the supposed 9 chargers were actually working today. Lots of frustration and confusion.
The touch screen is awful. It is very slow and several touches are needed. Also I was not able to use my member login.
