John was my technician and he was extreemly professional and friendly. Explained pricing and service well. I used an online $50 coupon that they honored and I felt pricing was fair and service was efficient.
These ones typically work and security at this walmart is pretty much around all of the time in the parking lot. Haven't had any problems even though others loitering around.

Location blows. The chargers as of 2 weeks ago worked, but max they run is 80 kw even though they say 350 kw. Utter horse shit of a station. Find units at Target locations is the lesson here.
