Once again my review got deleted. So I'm doing another one star. For 4 months I've been asking your corporation to put another chademo charger into the station or to educate your customers who use the ccs. Once again I had to wait for your customer who's using a CCS when there were two other open CCS charging ports for them to use. Once again they were shopping and sit here parked waiting for someone to get their groceries instead of moving. I don't think you respect your customers time. Update - it's now been 4 months since I've been using this charging station. There's only two that are 30 miles apart that I can use with my chademo port. Once again I pull up to the station that only has four chargers. And someone with a CCs is using the single one that I can use. Here I am three days later waiting to use the same charging station. That says it's been free the last half hour that I was checking it. And now I have to wait to use the only chademo because someone with the CCS who can use the other two chargers... read more

At this charging station you have four chargers. You put the chademo on the same one as the ccs. And then you don't educate your customers and they use that charger and now I have to wait over 40 minutes to be able to use it. This happens at the Everett location. These are the only two chargers that I can use within a 30 mi radius. For 3 months I've been asking your corporation to educate your customers. Or to put that particular charging port the chademo in a separate one by itself. And for 3 months it hasn't happened. But ... read more
