This company is trash. I got a two-year charging plan when I bought my Hyundai. In the Chicago winters, the charge takes forever, so I would often charge for 30 minutes, and then plug in again for another 30 minutes if nobody else was waiting. Never had to pay a penny to do that all winter. This week, I did something similar because it was going to take over 30 minutes to get me to 80%, and they charged me for every minute over 30 combined in the session.
