Two of the four chargers were out of order. One was completely off, and the other showed a "please unplug" message despite no vehicle being plugged into it. I tried all three compatible cables of the two "working" chargers, and none of them would acknowledge that I had plugged in my car. It was extremely frustrating.
Broken half the time and customer service doesn't help. So I hope you enjoy waiting for ppl who are taking their time shopping and then fighting for one of the working spots as soon as the last person leaves.

Even though I was the only one charging and preconditioned my battery appropriately speeds topped out at 90kw/h, which is pitiful. Electrify America has to be colluding with petroleum companies to make EV charging terrible or colluding with Walmart to make sure you stay longer and are more tempted to go in and shop lol! Added a star because you can see Mount Rainier while you wait for an hour....
Very new to charging electric cars but the process was simple and straight forward. All chargers were open except 2. Will use again
