The charger is usually fine. One day my vehicle was not full yet but I noticed the station had already charged me for more electric than my battery capacity. It was nearly double the kwh actually received. Support on the phone agreed and said they'd open a case. 8 days later via email: "Thank you for reaching out to Electrify America! After a careful review of your request, we are unable to process a refund for the session in question. You were correctly billed for the power delivered to your vehicle during the session." This one was exciting for me, I went to two other electrify america stations and they have not worked for me. This was the 3rd attempt since getting my EV two months ago and this one works! I think this station is a newer model. Its also in the Casey's parking lot so can use the restroom or get snacks!

The first charger installed has a shorter cable. The three subsequent ones have plenty of slack.
