Two stations not functioning, including one of the 350 kW ones. The 350 kW only topped out at 140 and cut our session short twice. Terrible experience.
Charging at 66-72kWh with a Hyper 350kW (04) charger.
Great chargers, worked as expected and not too far from the Walmart front entrance so we could go in to use the toilets and buy a cold drink on a hot day.
None of the hyper charges are working correctly! Pls fix :)
It connects for about 2 minutes and then kicks you off. All the vehicles here are having the same issue whether you use the app or pay with a credit card when you call the customer assistance line no one answers
