All 4 of the Charging Stations at this location has been down for almost a week. Customer service & managers are telling customers they don’t know when they’ll be back working & they lie about refunding the money that I have in my account. They expect customers to drive over 10 miles away to use their other charging stations instead of refunding the customers. 45 mins and counting… Certain drivers with certain cars and ”background” ruin the experience for everyone else. Both cars are over 120 mins of charging time, both at or over 95%, charging at 15-20kw at 350kw. They are depriving the community from using the chargers with their selfishness and stupidity. When asked the drivers they intend to charge to 100%. Definitely my first and last ev, ev vehicles are now considered low class because of people like them.
