UPDATE: I went back (made sure to check the app first) Jan 23, and it was fixed. An update for CHAdeMO users: Charger Station 04 is not working as of Jan 2026. I see an another review stated the same thing on Jan 4, 2026. So it’s been down at least 2 weeks. Also, it’s been a known issue as I called Customer Support and they reported they’re sending a technician to fix it. There is currently no ETA or estimated completion time. Just an FYI for CHAdemo users: Charger Station 04 is not working as of 4 JAN 2026. I called Customer Support and they're sending a technician to fix it. There is currently no ETA or estimated completion time. This is the only station at this location with a CHAdemo charger... Plan your charging carefully and avoid this location for the time being.

We were the only ones there charging on a Thursday mid afternoon. Initial attempt stopped right after it started charging but the second attempt worked. Both attempts were through the app. Charger #3 wasn’t working and looked like it was doing an update. We charged at charger 2 (350kW) and got up to 129 kW for the 12 minutes we were there. Charge went from 38% to 62% in our Nissan Aryia. Came back through on the following Sunday mid morning for a boost. Access to the charger was challenging due to part of the parking lot being blocked off but that’s not the chargers fault. Short wait on a Thursday around lunch but charging worked well with the app. #3 350kW charger gave us 106kW charging rate. All of the other stalls were in use as well.
