This is a really busy charging station. I guess it’s a plus if you don’t want to be in the middle of nowhere to charge, but we had to make a “line” where we got out of our cars and designated who would go next. I think three of us had long drives for the Christmas holidays. We were lucky and just waited about 10 minutes, but it could have been worse, and that was with one charger down. I called it in. Sometimes they can reset the station, but the person at the call center said she could not do anything.
