Arrived just in time to avoid the typical wait. As my wife pulled into the charging spot the process is certainly more expensive than charging at home but the process is simple and seamless. We signed up for an account to help simplify the charging process. Unlike many competitor locations the equipment actually worked and is maintained.
Generally I’ve had good luck. This particular day I encountered two non working stations and had to call customer service to reboot the third station I tried. He claimed it was a problem with my car…see a mechanic. Not the case at all. Finally got charged and was thirty minutes late to doctor appointment which had a domino effect on the next two days. Obviously not all the fault of EA, but having to mess around with an unhelpful customer service guy did set it in action.
