Waited over 40 minutes to charge. I was at 5 electrify america stations today. Not one of them had all available chargers operational.

Always always always There's always one station that doesn't work at each location. Soooooo annoying and I am switching to Tesla this October. Im soooooo done with non-Tesla EVs for the past 3 years charging experiences so long Electrify america
If u use a debit card they will hold on to $50 pending plus the posted amount that you used. It took 4 days to release the pre-authorization amount. You would think it would pre-authorize then subtract the amount you used from the pre-authorization amount. But they do not. Plus the charging speed says 350 kw, but on my receipt it said Max charging speed: 155.00 kW.
