Very happy with the work but happiest about how they think outside the box. We were given timely updates and explanations. The great experience was well worth the long drive.

Scott and team were nothing short of Amazing. I drove 40 miles from Boston just to avoid going to a Tesla service center and it was worth it. They diagnosed the condensor issue, ordered parts and replaced it within a day of parts delivery. Will be back for some more repairs in the Fall. The pricing was transparent. Highly recommend

Very disappointed with last visit. I used to refer friends here but this time I paid 50% in advance for a bunch of repairs, in the middle of the first repair I was told i had some major issue, I told them to finish this repair they started and expected to be refunded for the other services not performed. They simply kept the rest of my deposit with no explanation and completely ghosted me after I questioned what else I was being charged for, never to mention prices are pretty much the same or higher as Tesla, might as well d... read more

Transparency and above-and-beyond service from the good folks of Electrified Garage! They diagnosed the problem and offered discounts on further service recommendations. I was able to pick up my vehicle after hours, and the communication was excellent. I will continue to go to them as my primary mechanic for my EV. They also offer an aftermarket metal undercarriage protector that I am considering.
