Established relations with EG a couple of years ago to fix a couple of issues that kept me from passing inspection. They did great work then, and I have been back a few times since. Today's job went quickly, and I was home in time for lunch! Highly recommend Electrified Garage for all your EV needs!
Excellent communication, easy scheduling, cordial staff, tidy garage. I always prefer to use local shops over dealerships when possible and I'm glad this shop is so easy to work with!
Great work with attention to detail. They replaced my lateral links, compliance arms and forward upper control arms. Checked the rear for bushing wear and no work needed. Followed with an alignment and now my energy consumption on my Model 3 has improved by 3%! Well done. All work done within about 2.5 hours. Will definitely return for other work when needed. I had a good experience bringing my older 2016 Tesla Model S here. I needed an alignment. I live about 1.5-2 hours away, but I wanted to go to a shop with Tesla/EV experience as people have mixed experiences getting alignments from regular shops. During the prealignment inspection, they pointed out a couple things - the front suspension work done by a different shop could be better (one of the bolts was over-torqued and twisted a rubber boot), and the rear suspension needed work before they could do a proper alignment.
