Friendly and professional staff. Went for a tire change and alignment. Car is driving like new now. Great service at a fair price. I trust this shop and I would use them again. 2023 Tesla M3 LR.
The staff was very nice, and the technician suggested replacing quite a few suspension parts that I hadn’t anticipated replacing. And we did a coolant delete and a trailer hitch install all in one day, which was impressive. The only thing that kind of rubbed me the wrong way was I was there from eight in the morning until five at three. Mechanic said that my car was just about done. I purchased their 49,99$/monthly Maintenance Package for 4th of July! They cancelled my subscription and refunded my money for no reason! Sigh!
New Model 3 had the Garage install rear camber and toe links, aluminum under body shields, the factory issue are plastic, and alignment. Factory alignment was WAY off and now my Wh/mi dropped approximately. 50 Wh/mi. As always great service and quality work.
Scott did an amazing job fixing the protective plate under my Tesla Model S and identifying issues with my car's aging suspension.
