Amazing and super professional service! My husband and I took a Tesla that my daughter is purchasing to ask questions and ask about having them schedule an inspection once she purchases the car. Not only was he very professional but he took his time to answer all of our questions since we have never owned one and was very knowledgeable about Tesla’s. I recommend them very highly! Ask for Byrone!
Great shop. Clean, friendly staff, willing to work with customer to find the best price for parts. Scheduled appointment starts on time and job was completed on time. Much easier to use than Tesla Service Center. I'll definitely use them again.
I reached out to Electrified Garage (6605 E Colonial Dr, Orlando, FL) via text to get a quote for replacing TPMS sensors on my Tesla, and the experience was very disappointing. Initially, the conversation was straightforward. I was quoted $95 per sensor and $60 labor (or $100 for all four), which I understood. I absolutely hate leaving my car with people, because shops usually take FOREVER to finish. But, Chris assured me that, because they work by appointment that I wouldn’t have to wait long. He overnighted parts and had my Tesla lower control arms replaced by noon the next day. Mind blown. Love these guys and can’t recommend them high enough.
This is the only shop I will take my electric car to for service. Far better than Tesla for price and customer service.
