I spoke with Bob and he explained that while he absolutely could come out and look at my wiring that it would be pricey since I'm all the way out in Lakeland. However he also told me how I could check to make sure whether or not the problem isn't with the breaker. I checked the outlets one last time, isolating the parts of the house with the problems.
