Our ducted aircon died on us in the middle of summer and Justyn was able to fit us in and get a technician to us the next day. Dylan was professional, able to articulate the issues with unit and had us running again as a temporary measure. The quote for a new system was comprehensive and extremely competitive. Justin's whole team from Electricool Air and Electrical that replaced our air conditioning units were very professional, very courteous and knowledgeable, it only took 2 days to completely remove the 2 old units and install the 2 new one's, I would highly recommend this company to anyone, reasonably priced, professional service.

I appreciated the prompt and thorough service I received from ElectriCool. They were on time and explained everything that was being done and why. Even when I still had some complications after the first visit I wasn’t made to feel like a pest when they returned and solved the problem once and for all. I called Justyn at 11.30am on a Friday chasing some advice after a massive storm for the gym i work at, he had one of his staff, Brendan onsite by 2pm to help me out. Great timing, and great service, definitely recommend
