Just spent a little over 2k for an amazing E bike , super wuality bikes here but credit goes to Isaiah who works there, he walked me through the bikes did an excellent job showing me accessories and all the details, if it wasn't for him I would not have made a same day purchase but he made me feel comfortable the entire time. Thanks Isaiah !
Its not their fault. Leadership is responsible to get staff trained and up to speed on technical specs and how they compare to the competition. Rockville seems more like a showroom and not the place to ultimately purchase your bike, The staff wants to be helpful but they need better training and support. The answer is not to send everyone to Tenley town for answers and purchase. I live next door to Rockville.
Amazing service!
Store requires you to give them your phone and email address in order to make a credit card purchase for "fraud" prevention. Refuse to do business with them as a result. My email address is none of their business. Kid at check out was snotty when I questioned this, too. Lots of other good options for bikes, accessories, and repairs.
