Yikes! Customer beware. Called them out for a quote on a (relatively) simple repair of a shorted outlet. The tech, Paul, took a glance at the wall and instantly presented me with an estimate of $625.34 . With such an oddly specific number, I asked him what the breakdown of labor and parts was. "Oh, we don't break it down like that."
