I have used a lot of trades in my 77 years i can say this is one of the best , on time , very happy with the work and priced well
Stay away from Ben. He’s unreliable, unprofessional, and has no idea how to deal with clients properly.
Hired him to install a light in our house. While we were doing a renovation, he asked if we wanted to get other things done as well. Since we were planning to eventually, we gave him a bit more work to make it worth his while on the same day. After that, we thought we’d use him again for some smaller jobs, but when we called, he just said he wasn’t interested or that he was busy. Seems like he only wants the big jobs. Wouldn’t recommend — poor service and wish we hadn’t given him any extra work.
Absolutely useless. I wouldn’t hire this guy again — rude, unprofessional, and completely lacking in basic customer service.
Ben provided us with some good advice, he completed a number of different jobs, was prompt, efficient, and well priced, highly recommended.
