got a smart thermostat and a ring doorbell installed plus they ran a new circuit for the ev charger in the garage. the charger setup was the main reason i called, other places either didnt want to touch it or quoted insane numbers. smartech came in reasonable and knocked it out in an afternoon. doorbell works perfect, thermostat is connected to my phone and actually responds. car charges overnight no issue
The main thing was upgrading from the old 100 amp panel to 200 amp because we kept tripping breakers whenever the AC and the dryer ran at the same time, which in summer was basically every day. They swapped out the entire panel, meter base, and the weatherhead connection to the utility.
