Lashaun committed to doing final trim out for me after he completed the rough in. He insisted to be paid ahead for the final material that he had to order. When it was time for him to complete, he said he would be here by the end of the week. Another contractor needed one more day to be 100% ready so we agreed that Lashaun would start the following week instead. He said this worked better for him anyway.
