John is AMAZING! Literally showed up and got right to work! He was in and out in 1.5 hours and fixed a few things we didnt even expect! By the time he left i was definitely a repeat customer. He is super kind and very personable……thank you for coming all the way out to flint john!

I was having an issue with my pool after some rain and my own troubleshooting pointed to a possible electrical issue. John was out to me within a couple of hours of calling. He made sure that my power supply/GFI was working properly and even tinkered with my pool pump for a little bit to see what was up/try to fix it. After he came and checked it out, I felt comfortable moving forward and replaced my pump on my own the same day (giving myself a pat on the back too). A tree branch broke during a storm, and fell on a power line in our back yard. It ripped the metal pole from my home and destroyed the meter. I called consumers Energy but they were unable to help. It was after hours so I can’t recall how many electricians I dialed but Electrician Express was the only one who called me right back.
