Today I called Electrical WorX, for the first time, just before 9AM and spoke to Derrick about an AFCI breaker repair and a surge protector installation, and by 10:40AM, Terry arrived to do the repair and install. I learned from another electrician, that one breaker wasn’t tripping when the reset button was pushed and the other was a mismatch, a Siemien breaker in my Eaton box and the mismatch was a big no,no, and should be replaced. I had an issue with my GFI not resetting. I called Derek in the afternoon and he came next morning with one of his guys, located the issue and made the repair. Great work, very personable, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

Excellent profesional work. Had them install a transfer switch for a generator and at the same time upgrade my electrical box in the back of the house which had already ran out of capacity for additional breakers long time ago. They coordinated with the city inspector, gave me instructions way in advance for contacting Texas New Mexico and I was prepared. Job completed fast and efficiently Very happy with the service and outcome
