I've always hated leaving a negative review but after my last visit... I have been pretty loyal to this company for over 10 years. Not a big customer but loyal none the less. Lately the counter staff always seem to have an attitude and a sense of arrogance. If you ask a question you get the answer, "I don't know, I'm not electrician."
