Had an EV charger fitted today. Great service from the guys at Electric-Call. Brilliant after care service purchased too! Would definitely recommend.
Carried out electric inspections, guy was great but when one failed I couldn’t get a quote to repair and re-test, waited weeks. So had to pay another electrician to do the repair and for another complete test. Worked out very expensive.
We have had a terrible experience with Electric-Call Services. We had a bathroom fan and several smoke alarms replaced. On the day they were scheduled to do the work they forgot to bring one of the smoke alarms and said they would have to come back. It took over a month of persistantly ringing, and being stood up for appointments repeatedly for them to rectify the issue.
