We had our home built in 2019 we weren’t able to to chose our own contractors unfortunately. I Had a mini split installed for my garage. Fast forward three years later, and I am having issues. unit freezing, motor failing. called the guy, was told “I don’t really work on them, and remembered the install because he remembered thinking, who installs mini splits in their garage?” I just install them, but I can call tech support.”HUH?!? Got whole home humidifier installed by Lombardo homes with this Company. After receiving their contact number for whole home humidifier Maintanance contacted 3 times, twice I was told some one will contact me and no one contacted, finally 3rd time someone called back, agreed for appointment and told me that will call me back with appointment time next day. Never received call back. Very unprofessional approach. For future reference I will think twice to work with this guys.
