Rick is a scam artist. I left him a deposit, he then refused to have an inspection done and never sent me his address to come take a look at it. He held onto my deposit and has been ghosting me ever since. I am not the first person he has done this to. He operates in bad faith and has been reported to the Better Business Bureau of Maryland. I would stay away at all costs.
