Fast service, nice and knowledgeable staff with good prices.
Fast delivery, excellent service. Very good customer service via email, quick to respond and resolve. Saw a review that was low because of a voicemail, but they literally replied to my email with a resolution in 2 minutes. Probably faster than a phone call. Great service
Ordered an oven seal online, had to take measurements as the model number was not available. Once it arrived I took it from the ziplock bag only to discover it was the wrong one. ( it's possible they even sent the wrong one. ) I emailed them to remedy this, Absolutely appalling customer service, very unprofessional. Needed a part for my fridge. Didn't try to mess me around with RRP pricing like some suppliers we won't mention in Brisbane. Part in stock. Rolled up and picked up. Genuine part less than half the cost of others - Fast. Awesome.
