We feel completely taken advantage of. I communicated with Craig about several jobs we needed done. From hanging chandeliers, hiding tv wires to fixing recessed lights. I gave him a comprehensive list and discussed the priority. Craig showed up and went right for the internet connection which was not priority. Their knowledgeable application while installing and mounting entertainment systems and smart thermostats was reassuring while conducted in a timely and professional manner. Just watched this guy throw litter from his truck on 270 South in Maryland. If you value decency, I wouldn’t use this business.
