We feel completely taken advantage of. I communicated with Craig about several jobs we needed done. From hanging chandeliers, hiding tv wires to fixing recessed lights. I gave him a comprehensive list and discussed the priority. Craig showed up and went right for the internet connection which was not priority. He and his assistant took up to an hour or so assessing the jobs and coming up with a reason why it couldn’t be done. I purchased plates to hide wires and had emailed pictures of those plates.
