If I could write lower than a 1 I would, this is a joke of a place, they harrass employees, and short pay them every week, then when you complain, they fire you. File charges on they with the labor board and they drag it out with legal fees, knowing you will not follow through. This is not a company that I will ever do business with nor will I ever work there again. 90% of his staff are illegal, and that is how this company controls they staff through threats and intimidation.

Absolutely crazy mad company with a general manager Frank - a mad person, true mad. 98% Spanish/Mexican, extremely disorganised. They like to play "games" with employees instead of planning work. Simple assembly company, but it's true crazy house. At first, they hire people with zero experience, give them working instruments and show working place - that's it. I cannot recommend Electrical Prefab Systems for employment. I witnessed upper management disrespect female employees while they (female employees) were using the restroom; in fact, I witnessed so much disrespect and belittling of employees that I began looking for another job within my first month of employment.
