Electrical Masters made big claims, but the reality was the opposite. The installation was delayed, the team was disorganized, and the system has never worked properly. I’ve had to call multiple times for issues, and their support is slow and unhelpful. Poor communication, poor quality, and zero accountability. Would not recommend them to anyone
I was so happy with Electrical Masters service. Ali did a great job arranging our quote and was very patient, going through many variations to get the system and size that we were happy with over several months. The installation team was also impressive. On arriving the electrician, Joel spent time talking me through the options for the inverter location and came up with a creative solution to keep the street view looking good while also making sure the system was set up correctly. Extremely disappointed. Installation was rushed and unprofessional. Panels aren’t performing as expected, and follow-up support is almost non-existent. Definitely not the “best” in Melbourne.
