We had our AC unit installed by Magic Air and was very happy with their service. I recommend them.
Excellent customer service. Aircons were effectively cleaned and serviced, with good advice given. Highly recommended.
Our ducted airconditioning was installed last summer. When turning our aircon on for the first time this summer it would not work. We phoned Electrical Magic because they installed it. The lady in the office told us to contact Samsung direct because it is a warranty and Electrical Magic can't touch it. We did so on receiving this advice. Samsung sent their repairers who found a valve was slowly leaking because it hadn't been checked when the system was initially installed.
