Disconnection Notice from ED4 1-31-15Today in the mail I received a Disconnection Notice for Feb. 9, 2015. I have lived at this address since Oct. 9, 2007. I have never been late with my Utility payments during that time. Apparently the check for my Nov. 25th to Dec. 26th bill, which was mailed on Dec. 27th, 2014, was lost in the mail.
