The worst customer service from a monopolizing provider. My bill has been late several times and all i get from electrical district 3 is them trying to talk me into paying my bill electronically. no way in hell will i allow these people access to my bank.. then they tell me to go ask the post office which i did today, the person at the post office told me that ed3 uses a third party billing center on the east coast.
