I had these people quote an EV charger install. The tech was friendly enough and I was actually going to go with them until the visit turned into a high pressure sales pitch for their annual service plan, complete with nonsense like my house was going to burn down if they didn’t retorque my breaker terminations every year. I was extremely impressed by the timely manner in which J. C. performed his job. He was friendly, professional, and informative. He patiently explained all of my lighting needs, and the installation of smoke detectors. I will certainly use him, again. This was my second time using Electrical Connections, and their customer service is very impressive.
5-star company with 5-star accountability! I had a panel replacement done along with some rewiring. They came in, educated me on a lot, and were honest in what needed addressing and what didn’t.
