Very unprofessional. As a 4th year electrician with little experience in the controls industry I walked in here expecting to find some guidance/a teacher to learn more about this craft. BUT THERE IS ZERO GUIDANCE IN THE FIELD. Supervisors told me to learn the craft based off YouTube videos!!! You’re better off at another company as an I&E Tech.
