Owner Todd and his team of employees are great to work with. I bought a 2023 Yamaha Crosscore RC and have stopped by a couple times for minor adjustments and also a great experience. Glad I found there store, I highly recommend the Yamaha bikes by the way.
Todd and crew at Electric Wheels have truly exceeded my expectations. The selection of E bikes and the top notch customer service is beyond what I have experienced at other shops. Highly recommend this spot for all your E bike needs!
The store owner made my elderly mother cry and told her to leave. Recently we purchased a new Magnum e-bike, and the control system was inoperable, so we were directed to Electric Wheels for service (currently the only CO dealer within driving range). It is a 3 hour round-trip drive from our place in South Colorado Springs. After our bike had been with them for over a week, the owner told us to try contacting Magnum - that maybe we’d have better luck getting the replacement part.
