My elderly mother was moved from one room in a seniors home to another room in that same home. At the beginning of December a request was made to have her phone moved from her first room to the room she was moved to. She’ll be waiting at least 6 weeks, it’s now 5 weeks since a request was made. She had no phone service through the holidays and relies on her phone to connect with family members. It’s been a long wait for her and to me a 6 weeks since wait is completely ridiculous and unacceptable.
Why is that its taking more than 5 years to install "fibre optics" a hurdred and twenty dollars is abit steep for 1 MBs/10 mbs. Like my phone plan is faster $150 a month
