Ordered my lift and arrived a couple of days later.
Genny in Switzerland and EVO need to streamline their warranty obligations for mobility scooters. The disabled cannot wait months for repairs to mobility scooters - they are a necessity and not a luxury.
I spent over $35,000 to purchase a very stylish swiss made mobility scooter called Genny2.0. Over 7 months ago a fault has rendered the scooter useless. It is under warranty, somewhere in Australia waiting on parts from Swiss head office. I don't get updates, I get excuses if I call. This is unnaceptable for a mobility scooter for disabled buyers. I'm so disappointed in how EVO and Genny Switzerland have handled this situation. Please do something guys!
