The Electric Vehicle Institute chargers at Maryland House and Chesapeake House rest stops along I-95 in MD are old and in desperate need of repair or replacement. At least 3 of these 12 chargers seem to be permanently out of commission with blank screens. The other chargers do not work for many models of cars. I have personally witnessed Polestars, BMWs, Volts and many other models older and newer fail to charge at the "working" chargers. I suspect the chargers need a software update.
